Background
Girls Not Brides is a global partnership of over 1,400 civil society organizations committed to ending child, early and forced marriage and unions (CEFMU) and ensuring girls can reach their full potential. Our current strategy (2022-2025) is approaching the end of its cycle, making this a critical moment for reflection, learning, and renewal. We are seeking highly experienced consultants (individuals or teams) to lead a comprehensive Strategy Review and Renewal Process, ensuring that Girls Not Bridesโ strategy for 2026 and beyond is robust, evidence-based, and tailored to address the evolving needs of our members, while driving meaningful change at the global, regional, and national levels.
This consultancy will be key in reviewing our progress, gathering insights from diverse stakeholders, and shaping the priorities that will guide Girls Not Bridesโ work in the coming years.
Application Process
Interested consultants should submit the following:
- A proposal (maximum three pages)ย outlining:
- Approach and methodology for conducting the review and strategy development.
- Proposed timeline and work plan.
- Key personnel and their roles (if applying as a team).
- Examples of previous work, including links to relevant reports or strategic frameworks, references, or client testimonials.
- A proposed budget, including daily or project rates. Applicants should propose a budget that aligns with industry standards and reflects the scope of work.
